PCS Now Open for Final Paper Submission

The Haptics Symposium PCS website is now open for final submissions.  Authors of accepted Papers and Extended Abstracts should submit the final pdf of their contribution, along with digest materials, optional video and associated files, and the IEEE electronic copyright form, by midnight on December 15.

Demo submissions open

Requests to present demonstrations at HAPTICS 2014 are now being accepted. Hands-on demos are an exciting and increasingly important part of the Haptics Symposium. Please consider demonstrating novel haptic devices, software, or experiments in Houston. Details on submitting requests for demos can be found here. Requests are due by December 15, 2013.

Author notification extended

Notification of decisions on the submissions to authors is extended to November 24, 2013. We received a record number of submissions this year, and this has caused some unexpected delay in the review process. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Paper submission is extended to Oct. 2, 2013.

Due to a number of requests, the paper submission deadline has been extended to October 2 at midnight (11:50 pm PST). Please keep in mind that this new deadline will stay firm; we cannot offer further extension due to a tight review schedule.

Paper submission open

The submission site for papers and extended abstracts is open. The submission deadline is September 30, 2013 (11:59 pm PST). Further details can be found here
